Michel Gonggiat Stein
Michel was born between Germany and Thailand. After his internship in the well-known Baur Au Lac in Zurich he started his career in Phuket where he worked for the former Lenoardo Da Vinci restaurant and Chalong Bay Rum Distillery. After exercising his skills for 6 years in Phuket he moved to Bangkok, and continued his journey as the Brand Ambassador for MONIN syrups and later on for Perrier where he gained his knowledge and passion for mixology & nightlife.
